This bridge is a Pahlavi era (1925-1979) structure built over Babolroud (Babol River) before World War II. This 80-meter long, eight-meter wide and 16-meter high bridge was built by Swedish and German engineers in 1935. This is the first vehicle suspension bridge of the country and connects east and west Babolsar.
