Historic Sites in Ardabil Province

Sheikh Safi al-Din Khangah and Shrine Ensemble is the tomb of Sheikh Safi-ad-din Ardabili located in Ardabil. In 2010, it was registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Fantastic historical site is located in Ardabil. Some of the carved stone structures found in the area are believed to be 6,000 years old.
