Cloud Forest or Abr jungle is one of the oldest and most beautiful jungles in Iran with some rare plants and animals. Cloud forest is located about 45 km north of Shahrood city.

Khar Turan National Park or Touran Wildlife Refuge is a National Park in Iran. Turan is home to one of the largest populations of the critically endangered Asiatic cheetah.

Tape Hissar is a prehistoric site located just south of Damghan. The site was firstly discovered in 1877 by A. Houtum Schindler and then investigated in 1931 and 1932 by Erich Schmidt
