Nature & Parks in Sanandaj

Lake Zrebar, also known as Zeribar or Zarivar, is a beautiful lake in the Zagros Mountains, within Kurdistan Province of western Iran.

The Karaftu cave is one of the important caves of Iran. It is situated in the Divandarreh Township of the Kordestan Province.

Abidar is a mountain to the West of Sanandaj with an elevation of 2550 metres. There is a forest park and one of the famus tourist attraction in Sanandaj.
